In case You should not be satisfied with one of our products use your right of withdrawal. This means that you are of course allowed to try whether your desiccant is the right one for your needs, but the desiccant must be in a repurchasable condition. This means that it may only be taken out of the zip closure bag for a short time and then immediately packed airtight again, otherwise it will draw humidity and can no longer be used.

• Claim apparent damages with the parcel service at the door, refuse to accept.
• Damages You cannot see from outside must be claimed and confirmed by a damage report from DHL with us within seven days in written form. Please use the DHL formular, fill it out and have ist confirmed with stamp and signature from DHL.
